In addition to being a licensed Realtor and Certified Luxury Home Specialist, I have over 12 years experience in the areas of corporate college recruitment, sales and marketing, people management, leadership development, and executive search for Intel an Google.  I have had the privilege of working and learning alongside with the best in class of professionals at Intel, Google, and Windermere SVP.

Having been an investor and homeowner since 1996, I am the central resource for all things real estate and finance for many of my colleagues and peers in the San Jose Bay Area.  I am a consultant at heart with a deep passion for helping people reach SMART decisions, especially where the home and career is involved.  I enjoy being apart of personal successes.  I seek to solve problems and drive solutions with a keen business sense.  I enjoy the challenge of bringing people together to accomplish common goals.  All in all, my clients count on me to go over and above with a smile every time.

I am very proud to share with the world that I graciously accepted Windermere SVP's Top Producer Award for Top Closing Agent in January 2010.  I can not think of a better way to kick off the decade!  More recently, I've accepted the Windermere SVP's Top Producer Award for Top Closing Agent in January 2011, a Top 1% sales producer in Silver Creek Valley Luxury Homes; upon Intero Real Estate Services moving to Windermere's Silver Creek location, I was the first to become recognized as Top 1% Intero Sales Producer worldwide, from our Silver Creek office.  A wonderful journey indeed, I am pleased to announce that I made a truly mazing move to Keller Williams opening a Silver Creek Luxury Homes boutique sales office by where Silver Creek Valley is the focus, much like in the Windermere days.  Here I am the liaison for Keller Williams, Luxury Homes International Division for our market center, a role I am most proud of as I represent Silver Creek Valley on the map within the luxury markets worldwide. :)
