Dana L. Grover, SRA, has over 40 years of appraisal experience, holds the Appraisal Institute's SRA designation for expertise in the appraisal of residential real estate, and is a California State Certified Residential Appraiser.
Dana has been an expert witness in Santa Clara County Superior Courts and in Federal Court, and currently serves as Value Hearing Officer for residential assessment appeals in Santa Clara County. He is recognized by the IRS as a qualified appraiser to provide residential appraisals for various valuation needs involving the Internal Revenue Service, including date of death appraisals for estate tax purposes.
Dana appraises residential properties in Santa Clara County, the southern parts of San Mateo County, and rural properties in the Summit Area along the Santa Cruz - Santa Clara County boundary. He also serves as a Value Hearing Officer for Santa Clara County conducting hearings for those appealing assessments on 1 - 4 unit properties.
