One of the first challenges a new real estate agent faces is choosing which brokerage to join. I spent the last four years working in marketing for Coldwell Banker Realty - Half Moon Bay and various offices throughout Silicon Valley. The decision to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Realty was one of the easiest I’ve ever made.

I’m fairly certain our manager never sets down his phone; he always texts me back immediately when I have questions about anything. When you work with me, you are truly working with a whole team of experts.

Your journey toward the destination of your ideal home may take some unexpected turns; similarly, the indirect path of my education and career has led to skills that I know will benefit my work in real estate. I have degrees and certificates in television, radio, communication, graphic design, and mass communications. Twenty years of working in television and radio have led to my deep respect of deadlines. I am also a notary public.

Five generations of my family have lived in Northern California. My husband Bill, daughter Victoria, and I have lived in Half Moon Bay for 17 years. We each have unique hobbies. Bill is well-known as the keyboardist for local rock band Pel and the Pelicans. Victoria is Half Moon Bay High School’s mascot Cougie the Cougar, and loves performing with the school’s chorale group and musical theater. I maintain a TikTok following of 150k by keeping my followers entertained with daily videos about my various interests, including fashion, local tourism, supporting small businesses, and, of course, real estate.
