Alexandra Rousso Armanasco is a second-generation realtor with first-hand local knowledge about the Monterey Peninsula. Raised in Pebble Beach, she attended both Santa Catalina and Stevenson schools before graduating from California State University, Long Beach with a double major in both Communication and Journalism. At CSULB, Alex co-founded CSULB’s televised broadcast station which still airs on campus today. She briefly worked in the hospitality industry as well.  Successful with everything she does, Alex was awarded for excellence two years in a row by the Monterey County Hospitality association.

Remaining in Southern California, Alex worked for Hudson Pacific Properties, a real estate investment trust, where she aided the CEO, President, and General Counsel. Working in commercial development and sustainability, her duties included monitoring files for transactions upwards of $1 billion in addition to monitoring 50+ properties located throughout Southern California, Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and Canada. 

In 2021, Alex and her husband decided to return to the Monterey Peninsula, where she joined Sotheby’s International Realty and began to pursue her passion of selling residential real estate. Her attributes of thoroughness, dedication to her clients and local knowledge of the area have all contributed to her success at Sotheby’s.

Alex is an accomplished equestrienne, having ridden horses at stables throughout the peninsula from an early age. Her love of animals extends to her two miniature horses, Swiss Shephard dog and two Persian cats.
