I am a real estate agent… and much more.

I understand economics and a solid investment strategy. With a business degree from one of the top ten public universities in the nation, I understand the importance of timing, valuation, and local market conditions when it comes to real estate and sales and acquisition.

I learned how to negotiate from the best. I worked alongside the Negotiations Professor from Stanford Law School, and I bring this competitive advantage to the bargaining table.

I am a dynamic problem solver and seeker of knowledge.  I love nothing more than a new challenge.  If I don't know the answer to a question, I'll find it!

I have construction and design expertise. As co-founder of Collins Coastal Plumbing, Inc., I have a strong understanding of the building and remodeling process.  Combined with my eye for design, I can suggest simple yet effective improvements to transform your property.

I am a bulldog- in a good way. My french bulldog is my spirit animal- loyal, quirky, dedicated, confident and tenacious.

I am as local as they come. I am a second generation Realtor® and seventh generation Santa Cruz local.  I grew up driving around to open houses all over town, and you wont find someone that knows Santa Cruz County from stem to stern better than I do.
