I studied business, management, law, and human resources in school. the business and human resource experience help me understand the mentality of both buyers and sellers. `i use what `i learned to provide my clients with the unique latest market insignts to help them make educated decisions. I help them find the common interests and eventually brign win-win deals to different parties. My legal experience helps foresee any potential regulation violations and put solutions in place before they actually happen.

Also, I incorporate mortgage financing and insurance advice into real estate service to my clients, especially for first home buyers, to help them streamline the process and get an optimal one-stop service.

Prior to entering real estate industry, I managed human resource department of large corporations. I am applying the same systematic customer relatioinship management approaches to keep my client on top of every step in the house buying and selling processes to maximize their financial rewards

MORTGAGE SERVICE AREAS:
I provide mortgage services across all California state, including conforming loan, jmbo loan, refinancing, non-qualified loan and bridge loan to meet specific needs of my clients. We help our clients get the loans they need for as low as 3% down payment. For speciality loans, such as military VA loan, FHA loan, bank statement loan, and foreigner loan, low payment as low as 0% is required.
