I would like to introduce myself and offer my services as a real estate agent.  I am passionate about Santa Cruz and the Monterey Bay Area.  I am firmly convinced that this place has the best combination of career opportunities, adventurous activities in our ocean and mountains, and an active close-knit community.  Nearby San Francisco adds close proximity to airports and world renowned cultural events, and yet you can live without the hustle and bustle of a large city.

I have a degree in marketing and sales from the top sales program in the nation.  I was the first female on the cover of a kiteboarding magazine, the Women's World Wakesurf Champion seven times in a row, and the manager of an award winning medical device territory in central California. I have lived and worked in some of the most desirable waterfront communities around the world, and I know that the Monterey Bay Area is as good as it gets.

In a time when there was nothing for sale, I used creative hunting techniques to buy a beach bungalow in the renowned Pleasure Point neighborhood. For two years I personally managed the construction and loving restoration of my house. Soon after, my husband and I took on our next project. Acting as owner builders, we wore tool belts and ran our own crew on the ground up construction of a rustic, contemporary dream house in the Carmel Highlands.  These drastically diverse jobs taught me the differences between a remodel and new construction, tropical color and modern sophistication, and exactly how much persistence and perseverance is required to get exactly what you want in the finished product.  Between the two, I have earned five years of experience with county and regulatory agencies, construction management, and the pitfalls and challenges of building and renovating on the California coast.
