Born and raised in San Francisco and Montara, I have been blessed to know this beautiful Peninsula as my home for over 30 years.  As a co-owner of an investment company and real estate investor over the past 11 years, I have invested in properties all over the country as well as overseas.  Having done the research to anticipate the large market correction, I advised clients to sell in preparation of a significant drop between 2007 to 2009.  I put the interest of my clients before my own interest believing int he golden rule and law of abundance.  Taking my own advice allowed our family to achieve our real estate dream of owning oceanfront properties which yield excellent rental cash flow while now appreciating significantly.  I am now committed to bringing my in-depth market analysis and negotiation skills to service clients seeking to achieve their real estate goals.  I work hard to gain the confidence of my client by aiming to represent the best in the real estate industry.
