Santa Cruz is a popular leisure destination for visitors from around the world. But for Jenifer Gibson and the previous two generations of her family, it is home.  She has never wanted to leave, and she’s never wanted to do anything else but help people live there.
 

Straight out of high school, Jenifer went to work as a loan processor and asset manager for a local mortgage company, and later as a property manager, transaction coordinator, and listings coordinator. In 2012, she realized her ambition of becoming a licensed Realtor®.
 

Jenifer possesses a lifetime of Santa Cruz market knowledge gained through her personal and professional experience. Clients know they can rely on her to understand their expectations and take the extra steps to ensure they have the information they need to make the choices they want. She is an able communicator who can prepare each client for the next step in their process and keep them involved throughout the entire transaction.
 

Her passion for buying and selling real estate extends beyond any purchase or sale. She loves catching up with past clients over a cup of coffee. Her career ambition is driven by such lasting relationships: With no intention of living anywhere else but Santa Cruz, she wants to be the Realtor® for her clients’ children and grandchildren.
 

Jenifer loves to spend time there with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She also enjoys crafting with her daughter. But if she’s not doing that or helping someone buy or sell a home, you’ll find her at the beach.
