Since 2013, I have helped buyers and sellers navigate more than $600 million in Silicon Valley real estate transactions. As co-founder of the Heng Seroff Real Estate Group, I help clients throughout Palo Alto, Mountain View, Menlo Park, Redwood City, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, and the surrounding communities.

I believe great real estate representation is about more than putting a home on the market or writing an offer. It is about understanding your goals, creating the right strategy, communicating clearly, and helping you make confident decisions from start to finish. My goal is to make what can be a stressful process feel organized, informed, and successful.

Before becoming a real estate broker, I earned my law degree, passed the California Bar, and focused on real estate and land use. Today, I draw on that legal foundation, along with years of negotiating complex Silicon Valley transactions, to help clients anticipate issues before they arise, solve problems creatively, and achieve stronger outcomes.

I am also a Certified Negotiator through Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation, where I completed the Leadership and Negotiation Strategies program. Whether negotiating price, terms, inspections, or unexpected challenges, I believe thoughtful preparation and strong advocacy consistently lead to better outcomes.

Bay Area Roots

As a Bay Area native whose family has called the Bay Area home for four generations, I have a deep appreciation for the communities that make Silicon Valley such a special place to live. When I am not working, you will often find me exploring different parts of the Bay Area, traveling, riding my horse on local trails, or spending time with my Whippet, Leia.
