Michael has been part of the Silicon Valley community for 28 years.  Prior to Archers Homes, he started and managed a profitable network solutions business for eight years, achieving $11 million in annual revenue.  Then, he completed the full-time MBA program at the USC Marshall School of Business, concentrating in finance and entrepreneurship, and worked in the private equity industry, managing investment portfolios for early-stage VCs and secondary PEs.

As an Investment Realtor for Archers Homes, Michael specializes in working with property investors.  He brings 12 years of experience as a direct real estate investor.  He bridges portfolio risk-management theory and real world practice to deliver great results.  He focuses on identifying and analyzing investment-grade properties and opportunities for high quality cash flows, equity growth potential, turnkey simplicity, and superior risk-adjusted returns.

He works proactively with dozens of investor clients.  With his market coverage, his clients get the first look at deals.  On average for 2012, his investors have doubled their equity investments and generated 15-30% cash-on-cash returns on financed deals.
Between 2011 to 2012, he closed $40.2 million in commercial real estate, land, rental property, and business transactions around California, with individual transactions of up to $14.5 million.  Michael is licensed in California as a real estate broker and mortgage loan originator and is also FINRA licensed as a securities agent and investment advisor.
