A Bay Area native, Gwen grew up in Foster City and attended Audubon Elementary, Bowditch Middle School, and San Mateo High. He earned his B.S. in Information Systems Management from UC Santa Cruz, but his real education came from traveling the world and learning from people of all walks of life—from Paris to Peru and everywhere in between.

Gwen began his career in tech, working at Oracle and several startups, blending engineering and sales roles. But even while building software, he was always drawn to homes—renovating his first fixer-upper from top to bottom and developing a lasting passion for real estate.

Today, Gwen brings that same hands-on experience, technical mindset, and people-first approach to every transaction. With a strong background in remodeling and construction, he helps clients make smart decisions about updates, improvements, and property potential—whether they’re preparing a family home for sale or evaluating a multifamily investment.

Gwen specializes in helping long-time homeowners, downsizers, and property owners across San Mateo County make confident transitions. Now raising two young boys in the same community where he grew up, Gwen understands both the emotional and financial sides of homeownership. He’s proud to do what he loves most: connecting with people and helping them find the right place to call home.
