Summary
I came to USA in 1979-80 after I had finished my college and earned BA B ed. Like many of us the so called Immigrant , I came with empty handed and work my way through. Learn the culture,behavior and start all over again. I enroll into Fremont Oh lone College However, with the work load , I dropped out. End up landing a job with a start up high tech company where I spend 16 years and learn a lot.
Then I move to banking carrier where I spend Five years. However, I had a passion to get into Real Estate all along. My bank employer to re-locate to the East Coast and I decline.Start a New Carrier in Real Estate.
I have lived in San Jose for most part other than buying Real Estate in Sacramento, Tracy, and Liver More. I have two lovely boys. Elder one has been gratuated from San Jose State University and the youngest still goes to Junior College. Not to mention , I have a great partner. Of course, we argue sometime who is going to put dirty dished in the washing machine.
