A Little About Me

I have been working in real estate since 2006, but I have been living with real estate for most of my life. I had the privilege of working with my mom, Kris Klint for 7 years before she retired after more than 25 years in the business. She taught me the importance of each client relationship, being compassionate and most off all have integrity.

I am a full service real estate agent. My goal is to make the process of buying and selling a home as easy and stress free as possible for you. In preparing a home for sale, I will work with experts in staging and marketing to ensure that you home looks its best when it goes on  the market. My comprehensive marketing plan includes, print and online advertising, email promotions leveraging social media, as well as partnering with online firms to promote your home. I am a Zillow Premier Agent and part of Top Agent Network which gives your property additional exposure both before and while your home is on the market. I hope to see traditional open houses and broker tours as we approach 2021, but in the meantime, I have found ways to get buyers into listings through private showings and marketing.

For my buyers, I work tirelessly to find the perfect property. I will traverse neighborhoods and seek out off market opportunities in order to get my clients access to properties. I always choose to present any offer in person -- showing sellers and their agents the strength of my buyers.

I am a native of the Peninsula, and I have deep knowledge of towns and neighborhoods from Burlingame to Los Altos and more. I was raised in Atherton, lived in San Carlos and have settled in Menlo Park. That understanding can help you learn the nuances of different areas which will help you focus your search.
