Summary
I have lived in the Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay area since 1977 and my knowledge of the Santa Cruz and North Monterey Counties area is extensive. Having lived in most every community within the Santa Cruz area and spending time previewing houses everyday gives me a firm grip on the area market.
I am a full time REALTOR®. I am always upgrading my knowledge of real estate with on going educational seminars. I am a graduate of the Realtor Institute of which only 9% of REALTORS® have achieved. I also carry a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, SRES certificate. This represents an agent with knowledge of real estate specifically designed for the senior client.
