Originally from San Francisco, Evangeline Elizares relocated in 2014 to Morgan Hill, California, where she currently serves the real estate market. Passionate about her community, Evangeline has a deep appreciation for the beauty, culture, and cuisine of Morgan Hill. Due to her warm and welcoming nature, she builds client rapport with ease and is able to skillfully anticipate people’s unique needs. Licensed since 2002, Evangeline is well connected in the industry and is eager to use her expertise to help clients reach their goals.

Evangeline serves a wide range of clients in the area but specializes in working with retirees, guiding them through both the buying and selling process. Due to her modest upbringing, Evangeline understands the true financial and emotional value of a home and prides herself on saving sellers more of their equity on commissions. In addition to two decades of property management experience, Evangeline received her broker license in 2007 and has professional certificates in interior design and probate sales.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Evangeline worked as a medical assistant for a general surgeon. She also has ample volunteer experience and has worked as a co-facilitator for the LATI Chill Out program, which aims to empower the local youth. When Evangeline is not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending quality time with her seven adult children and 14 grandchildren. In her free time, Evangeline enjoys home renovation shows, football, baseball, basketball, gardening, and cooking. She also enjoys reading and listening to music, and she recently wrote a screenplay.
