Being an immigrant who arrived in the US in 1989 and has lived in San Francisco, Santana Row, Santa Clara, San Ramon, and Marin Rich has a great appreciation and understanding of Silicon Valley’s diversity, culture, and architecture. His experience spans San Francisco County, Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, Alameda County, and Contra Costa County.
More recently, Rich joined Compass--the #1 largest brokerage in the nation--to bring his clients the highest level of services and resources. Compass has built the first-ever modern real estate CRM platform, in doing so, has combined the industry’s top talent with technology to make the search and sell experience intelligent and seamless.

When he’s not working, you will find Rich with his 7-year-old son, Kenzo, playing sports. Kenzo’s favorite sport is fútbol. Rich also prioritizes spending quality time with his mom and spoiling her.
