Jennifer has been in residential real estate and the legal profession for over 20 years and a real estate agent for 15 years. Jennifer started in real estate at the age of 18 working for PLM, a Silicon Valley headquartered foreclosure company. At the foreclosure company she learned compassion and caring in assisting distressed borrowers, which she carries to this day. Jennifer served as an escrow officer for nearly a decade where she learned the art of closing a deal and overcoming obstacles whether they be lender, title, or property induced. Jennifer earned her paralegal certificate due to her keen interest in residential real estate law and applies that knowledge quite often whether it be negotiating on behalf of a client or working through disclosures and contracts. Jennifer is a member of the National Association of Paralegals and the National and Santa Clara County Association of Realtors.
