About Frank Vento

My specialty is working with residential property on the San Mateo County Coastside and the Peninsula. Our company has an office in Half Moon Bay and Burlingame. Whether you are a first time buyer, moving to a larger home or buying a second home/investment property you can depend on me for your real estate needs. I have 35+ years in the customer service arena. My clients benefit from these skills and thought process. I've been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate since 2001. 

 I have stayed active in continuing education classes. To best serve my clients in being up to date on regulations, laws, etc,  I regularly attend real estate related classes, seminars, and conventions. In November 2014 I completed the required classes for my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. I acquired my Brokers license in 2016. I have been an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) for years. I am a member of the following organizations: National Association of Realtors (NAR) California Association of Realtors (CAR) San Mateo County Association of Realtors (SAMCAR) R*E* Infolink Multiple Listing Service ( REBAC Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Serving on Board of Directors for SAMCAR 2011-2013, Special Events Committee for SAMCAR, YPN member (Young Professionals Network).RRC (Residential Real Estate Council). 

 My wife Deb and I have lived in Pescadero since 1995. I've been a resident on the Coastside since 1978. We are fortunate to live in one of only a handful of the town's original Victorian homes built in 1896. Debbie used her interior design skills to creatively refurbish the 100+ year old home and gardens. I was born and raised in San Mateo County over the years I have lived in Daly City, Burlingame, Montara, Miramar, Pescadero and La Honda. My interests outside of work include classic cars (1955 Chevy Belair 2 dr hdtp, and a 1932 Ford pickup unrestored), 1952 Chevy Styleline Deluxe sedan, collectables, mountain biking (lots of great riding in the area!) I have raced twice in Downieville Downhill Classic, no record settings times but thanks for asking. Also home projects, and travel. Golfing in charity events, going to the beach with the dog.
