I am a real estate broker, attorney, and gerontologist, as well as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Senior Advisor.

I was born in San Francisco, and my family moved down the peninsula, moving to Burlingame, Campbell, then Los Gatos. I earned my business degree from U.C. Berkeley's Haas School of Business, my J.D. degree from Golden Gate University, and my Master's degree in Gerontology from San Francisco State University's School of Social Work.

I grew up with real estate in Santa Clara County, helping my family with properties that they purchased, fixed up, rented, and sold.  I began my professional career in the legal field where I was a federal court litigator at a small boutique law firm in San Francisco.  I handled a number of high-profile cases involving complex contract disputes, employment matters, and business litigation.

I help my clients buy and sell real estate, as well as help them identify investment opportunities.  My legal training has enabled me to negotiate the best possible terms for my clients, getting them more of what they want, and preventing scenarios that will subject them to liability.  As a gerontologist, I help many of my older adult clients and/or their children with the process of downsizing and help them locate new homes or communities that better fit their lifestyles and needs.

When I'm not helping my clients with their real estate needs, I am active in the community.  I have served on the board of a national public interest law firm, served as a Commissioner in San Francisco, and volunteer and foster dogs for Dachshund Rescue.
