Summary
Real estate can be an exciting world to be a part of. It is my intention to be a guide for thru a process that has a happy landing . Weather it is buying or selling it helps to know the territory. I have been more than full time engaged with buyers and sellers since 1981 and still see each transaction as an opportunity to create something better for the people involved.
It may be finding a home that has young playmates for a child or a easy walking home for a family member that no longer see stairs as a training opportunity. Finding the right fit that supports your life may take a little longer but the benefits are a richer fuller life.
Santa Cruz County offers wonderful choices . An urban Condo with practically no need to drive, a beach house with surfing near by. We have Mountain homes and ranch style homes with the school down the street. ,

The Buyers arrive from all over the world and we market to them with the exciting world of Santa Cruz information.
Marketing is telling the story of each property in a way that the right and perfect Buyer can find it. ( it is a bit like being a matchmaker).
Each home has at least one person for whom the home make perfect container for all the moving parts of their world or at least close to perfect.
My experience has included working as a community organizer for a not for profit on the Southside of Chicago ,in the 1960's,  being co-chair for a citizens committee for the general plan in Bonny Doon in the early 1970's  and 36 years of real estate sales in Santa Cruz County.
