Confident, intelligent, and pragmatic, Jessyka Sommers Soto doesn’t let the grass grow under her feet. She started at David Lyng Real Estate in early 2010 and  just a year later was named President’s Club Elite Champion; a reflection of Jessyka’s natural passion for real estate. A Santa Cruz native, born and raised, Jessyka is a strong negotiator and is not easily daunted. “I like to take control to make the escrow process as easy as possible—I take all the stress out of it for my clients.” In addition to negotiation skills and marketing prowess, Jessyka says it all comes down to hearing to and responding to the needs of her clients. “I really listen to my clients–I can tell right away what they’re looking for.” 

Jessyka’s first priority is working hard for her clients and being competitive in finding the best real estate values within Santa Cruz mountain, redwood, and oceanfront areas. When Jessyka isn't focusing on real estate, she loves to be outdoors. A former water polo champion, she enjoys spending beach time with her husband and stepson and staying active with kickboxing, yoga, and running.
