Business Philosophy
I have sold over 400 homes and 350 million in sales during the last 21 years.
I am very familiar with the local school areas as well as the cities themselves and regularly assist families coming into the Santa Clara Valley from all over the country and the world.

Education and Training
One thing I have always believed in is further education.
Coming into the Real Estate business I wanted to give separation from all the other Realtors.
The way I decided was to take classes and graduate from the schools that give distinguished credentials.
Like the CRS, Council of Real Estate Specialists, designation. Only 4% of all Realtors ever achieve this. A hard course and difficult to complete, my most prestious.
Also the GRI, Graduate of Realtor Institute,. Only 10% of all Realtors ever achieve this designation.

SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialists
ASP, Accredited Staging Professional
NAR GREEN, National Association of Realtors Green Graduate

Credit Union Certified Realtor, member of and Realtor for several local Credit Unions
My Favorite is being a member of the First City of Cupertino Leadership Class of 1987 helping to develop the city as it sits today.
Areas of Expertise
The best way to describe my Real Estate Knowledge is to explain what I do.
Help new arrivals to the Valley understand the traffic patterns.
Explain the history of the Bay Area and Silicon Valley, so buyer's can understand "WHY" prices are what they are.
Show buyers the recently sold and pending sales to give some current market direction.
Help seller's get the best price for their homes, through staging and network marketing, as examples.
I have sold old ,new, fixer, uppers and extremely up scale "Turn-Key" homes.
Community Involvement
