Dan obtained his Real Estate license in 2001, his Broker’s license in 2005, and was the Broker of record for Alliance MH Homes' (2006-2010 ) residential arm.
Dan graduated from High School in a quick 3 years and graduated from SJSU with a bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Dan's two favorite sports, wrestling and Martial Arts (black belt), reveal his competitive spirit. Dan transfers this "friendly" competition to winning for his clients. 

After college, Dan's next challenge turned into a 15 year tour of duty with the San Jose Police Department. Dan rose through the ranks but retired his badge as acting Lieutenant and accepted the new challenge of building a private company with his childhood buddies. Dan's law enforcement experience has proven to be invaluable in Dan's business life. Dan and friends took a company, Advantage Homes, public, After the success of growing two offices to twenty six offices, Dan became a partner in a new private company, Alliance MH Homes. After more years of success, Dan gravitated to residential real estate. Dan has served his community in a variety of leadership roles including youth and adult coaching/training, private club board director, religion instructor, finance committee member, HOA board president, etc.

Married for more than 30 years, Dan is very proud of his son (Bellarmine/USD Bachelor's/2 Masters Degrees), daughter in Law (USD Bachelor's/Masters Degree) and daughter (Presentation/St. Mary's College Moraga Bachelors Degree). Dan and his wife were awarded "Parents of the Year" in 2006 from the University of San Diego. Dan is very grateful for his family success and strives to be instrumental in the success of others.
