With my background in the construction industry, I regularly assist my clients in the remodeling or updating of their homes in order to maximize the value of their home when they go to sell it. In conjunction, when representing buyers, I will educate them on what to look for in the quality of construction when buying their next home and teach them how to remodel it after we close escrow.
