James oversees a staff of more than 50 in the day-to-day and strategic operational activities of MLSListings, Inc., serving the evolving needs of over 18,000 subscribers and affiliates in the Greater Bay Area. James engages local, regional and national counterparts in industry leadership and strategic initiatives central to the evolution of the MLS, and reports to the Board of Directors comprised of approximately 15 brokers representing a cross-section of the industry, as well as to our eight REALTOR® Association owners.
James is a 25 year veteran of REALTOR Association and regional MLS management. He was formerly the President and CEO for RE InfoLink, which was acquired by NCREX in 2007 and renamed MLSListings Inc after its extremely popular consumer web site. James has previously served as CEO for the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS), and held senior staff positions for the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS and the Greater Dallas Association of REALTORS.
James has been actively involved with the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) throughout his career, serving as a Director as well as a leader on many national committees. He has served on NAR’s Multiple Listing Issues and Policy Committee for nine years, and was recently appointed to the NAR MLS Issues and Policy Committee and to its newly-formed MLS Technology and Emerging Issues subcommittee. Additionally he serves on the Recommendations and Recognition subcommittee of NAR’s Association Executives Committee, charged with identifying and recognizing NAR Association Executive leaders. James has also chaired the NAR/National Realtor Database System Standards Board, and was a member of the Presidential Advisory Group to create a business plan for the NAR Real Estate Gateway project; now known as REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR).
James has also served as a member of the Board of Governors for the Association Executive Institute, the board of advisors for the Center for REALTOR Technology (CRT), and is currently a member of the board of directors for the Council of MLSs (CMLS). He is a member of COVE, as well as the Silicon Valley Alliance of CEOs, and serves on the board of advisors for RPR and Trulia.
James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Management from Sul Ross State University in Texas. He also holds a Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives as well as a REALTOR Association Certified Executive (RCE) from the NAR. In 2008 and 2010, James was named by Inman News as one of the Top 100 most Influential Leaders in real estate, and was a finalist for that list in 2011. A frequent speaker and volunteer in organized real estate, James represents MLSListings as one of the most progressive MLS operations in the country.
Jeremy Crawford

Jeremy is responsible for all aspects of Enterprise
Information Technology, including infrastructure, design, development,
implementation, and management of computer hardware and software systems and
network. Additionally, he is a driving force in shaping, implementing and supporting
the relationships between MLSListings technology platforms and its constituents
and neighboring MLSs, and oversees the organization’s third party contract
relationships and product management teams as well as Customer Support and Compliance.
Most
recently, Crawford served as Chief
Information Officer for SANDICOR®, one of Southern California’s largest MLSs, responsible
for all aspects of hosted MLS and corporate information technology operations
including data services, MLS service, training, technical support and
information technology.Crawford has
more than 15 years of information technology experience in the MLS, Association
of REALTORS®, financial services, and education sectors.
In
2010, he served as vice-chair of the National Association of REALTORS® Real
Estate Standards Organization Education and Outreach workgroup, and received San
Diego’s Information Technology Executive of the Year Award.Crawford holds
a B.S. degree in computer science from East Tennessee State University and
attended its masters program in computer science.
Myra Jolivet

Myra oversees MLSListings' Public Strategies and Services group, including media and industry relations, digital engagement, marketing communications, training and outreach programs. Myra brings to
MLSListings more than 25 years of executive-level marketing, public relations
and communications experience, and is responsible for the brand and reputation of the MLS, both locally and on a national
stage.
Myra’s career in
communications began as a television news anchor and reporter, covering local
and national news. She later served as a political strategist, spokesperson and
advisor, serving two of the city of Houston’s
mayors as well as the first Congressional campaign for the Honorable Sheila
Jackson Lee. She has also represented major corporations and organizations such
as Shell Oil, the Port of Houston, and Variety
Club International among others, as spokesperson and strategic communications/
publicity counsel, and the American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles as Chief
Marketing Officer.
In
2004 Myra began
working in the real estate industry, for the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR)
as its Chief Communications Officer. Most recently, she served as the Vice
President, Public Affairs for the Pacific West Association of REALTORS®.
Myra has produced
multiple Emmy Award-winning specials during her broadcast career. She
holds a bachelor of arts in Radio and Television from the University
of Louisiana, Lafayette and has been actively involved with
a number of community organizations. She is a native of Berkeley, California.
Barbara Zinicola

Barbara
is responsible for overseeing the Product Management team, and coordinates with
the engineering and software development teams in the design, development and
release of MLSListings’ core product, pro.mlslistings.com, as well as the
integration of affiliate products and services.She also oversees MLSListings’ data licensing and distribution services.
Since joining MLSListings in 1999, Barbara has held a number of operational
management roles, most recently as Director of Data Licensing. In this previous
role, she managed MLSListings’ Data Use Policy regarding copyrights, licensing
and the use of bulk listing information from the MLS database by brokers and
third parties. A published author, she
holds an Associate’s degree from Rapahoe College and a certificate in Document
Management and Publications.
Deb McManus, APR

Deb is responsible for all internal and external communications strategy
and implementation including subscriber and stakeholder relations; corporate
communications; public and media outreach; brand and reputation management;
product introductions; and event coordination and sponsorship. Deb provides
strategic direction, content and support for MLSListings’ professional site,
pro.mlslistings.com, as well as the MyNewPro online subscriber information
resource. Ongoing deliverables including the bimonthly Broker Beat
e-newsletter, the weekly Association Executive newsletter, as well as regular
updates to MLSListings’ public website and various social media outlets.
Deb has over 10 years of
expertise with Fortune 500 companies, and a diverse background in PR strategic
planning, MarCom, executive communications, media relations, public affairs and
web-based and portal communications.She
joined MLSListings in 2009, and previously served as Senior Manager of Global
Employee Communication at Align Technology. She has also held positions at
companies such as Roche Molecular Diagnostics, XOMA, Bayer Healthcare, Applera,
and CWI. Deb holds an APR credential and
a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
James Roberts

James oversees the financial policies and annual financial plan for MLSListings
and works with the executive team to provide fiscal analysis for the many
initiatives of the Board of Directors. He is also responsible for all regular
audits and financial reviews of the company.
James has over 20 years of expertise
as a controller in both small and large companies, including regional
operations in the high tech sector. He has served with MLSListings, Inc. since
2006. James holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance from University of
Washington, and has been a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) since 1997.
Gib Souza
Director, Industry Relations

Gib is responsible for helping MLSListings develop and expand market awareness
and reach, and enhance image and position MLSListings, Inc. as the premier
service provider of MLS technology. Gib fosters and enhances relations between
MLSListings and its neighboring MLS organizations through his extensive
industry relationships and involvement. He joined MLSListings in 2008.
Gib has 33 years experience in
the real estate industry, and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since
1977. He is a past President of the Bay
East Association of REALTORS (2006) where he received the Master and Grand
Master awards for production and was named REALTOR of the Year (2003). Gib is a
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), holds a Graduate Realtors Institute
(GRI) Designation, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, and EPro
designation.Gib served on the NCREX MLS
consolidation effort in the Bay Area, and has also served with the California
Association of Realtors as a member of the Strategic Planning and Finance,
Professional Standards, and MLS Committees. Gib is past President of the
Rotary Club of Livermore Valley, Livermore Rotarian Foundation, Livermore
Chamber of Commerce and Livermore Jaycees.
Julie Wallof
Director, Human Resources and Advertising Operations

Julie manages the major human resources functions for MLSListings, including
recruiting, corporate development, HR R&D, wellness initiatives, and employee
benefits programs. Julie also manages online advertising programs.
Julie has over 18 years of expertise in Human Resources Management, Sales and
Marketing. Before joining MLSListings in
2008, Julie was responsible for recruitment and staffing in Staffing
at Cisco Systems. She also previously served as Director of
Staffing at Exodus Communications and has held strategic management positions
with companies such as Intel, Symantec, and EDS. Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mt. St.
Mary’s College.
Mark Messimer

Education and Outreach Services

Mark oversees the strategic development and delivery of MLSListings’ blended
learning services and multimedia training for more than 18,000 subscribers and
affiliates.His team serves as the
corporate presenter and conduit for all MLS educational and outreach activities
in the field with subscribers, brokers and agents, as well as the primary
tactical liaison with our Association counterparts.
Mark joined MLSListings in 2007,
and has over 12 years of training expertise.Prior to joining MLSListings, he served as Program Director of
Educational Services at Rainmaker Systems, and he has also served as District
Manager for Productivity Point International.
Robert
Bustamante
Director, Compliance and Call Center
Management

Robert is responsible for delivering a profitable, sustainable and integrated
customer experience for service, support and compliance functions at
MLSListings. He has served over six years in departmental leadership at
MLSListings.
Robert has over 15 years of
expertise in client services and business development for evolving consumer
software and hardware technologies. Prior
to joining MLSListings, Robert served as Director of Operations in the consumer
satellite services industry, and has held numerous other roles in operations
management. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree from San Jose State
University.
